:: LEO FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE ::
Early tomorrow morning the Moon and Sun will be directly opposite of each other in the sky. The Moon will be in Leo and the Sun in Aquarius creating a Full Moon. Not only is this the second full moon of the month (the first one was on the 1st of the year) but it will also be a Lunar Eclipse. This lunar eclipse is the mirror of the Solar eclipse that we all experienced this past August. Then the Moon was in Aquarius, and the Sun was in Leo, giving us the mirror image of what we are about to experience.
It is the perfect time to look back on our intentions that were set during the Solar Eclipse.
What has transpired since then? What intentions had we set, which of these have manifested? Which of these have not come to the light of reality? Where have we been placing our energy and time? Have we indeed be focused on what we had set out to get six months ago. Maybe we have been too focused on getting what we desire and have not been truly engaging with life.
It may be that what we desired during the New Moon Solar Eclipse is not what we want now. On the other hand, we may be getting a form of what we asked for, but it may look nothing like what we thought we wanted.
Whatever the case may be this is the perfect time to make a gratitude list.
During this Full Moon, it is important to be proud of what we have accomplished, especially if it was something that we waited and worked for. The celebration of the beauties in our life is welcome during the Full Moon, especially this one. Venus, the archetype of love and beauty, is right next to the Sun in the sky. So this Full Moon will have a lot to do with our ideals of beauty, and of course our romantic relationships. If you have a special someone, take this full moon to be fully present with them. Let it all out. Shine bright with your partner and let them shine back with you.
In all social situations during this full moon, it is going to be essential to keep ourselves in check on how much we are shining and how much we are noticing others shine. Maintaining this balance can be hard when the Moon is sooo big in beautiful and proud Leo.
With all the prideful celebration in the air, it is essential to see where our humility is at. Where are we not asking for help? Where could we be more honest and open about what is honestly going on with us? When could we genuinely ask another what is going on with them? Furthermore, how and when are we acting on motives that are not inevitably serving us? Where are we doing for others to simply be doing for others without expecting anything in return?
As we reflect on our gratitude list, and the beauty in our life it should become clear where we could use a little more humility.
Enjoy this glorious Leo Full Moon Lunar Eclipse by letting down your hair and doing something that you are deeply passionate about. Let it all out, and then you will see the humility beneath all of the pride.
